The Prisoner Wine Company with Campfire Restaurant

Join us around the fire for a special wine-pairing dinner with The Prisoner Wine Company and Executive Chef, Kyrbie Barnett. We will be serving five courses perfectly paired with each wine starting at 7 PM. Additionally, brand ambassador Chris Hartman will be walking us through each vineyard’s story.
Five courses for the evening:
– Butter Salad paired with 2021 The Prisoner Pinot Noir
– Mushroom Ravioli paired with 2021 The Prisoner Red Blend
– Seared Scallops paired with 2021 The Prisoner Chardonnay
– 10oz Dry Aged New York Strip paired with 2021 The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon
– Peach Cobbler paired with Blindfold Blanc de Noir
