This application must be completed and submitted to Lake Walk Town Center at least sixty (60) days before the day you wish to rent facilities at Lake Walk. Events are not confirmed until there is an executed Special Event Contract and payment of the security deposit and damage deposit has been received by Lake Walk at 3435 Mahogany Dr. Bryan, Texas 77807.

The event duration must include setup time and cleanup time; if the event extends beyond the duration, an overtime fee will be applied for each additional hour.

The applicant is required to procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, a Special Event Liability Policy in applicant's name for the event for no less than $1,000,000 for private events and no less than $2,000,000 for commercial events that shall cover personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of any one occurrence.

The event must be conducted in accordance with all City of Bryan, Brazos County, and Texas ordinances. Failure to do so may result in fines, arrest, termination of the event, and/or forfeiture of any deposit(s).

Lake Walk agrees that existing parking facilities will be open on the date of the event. However, none of the parking facilities will be reserved exclusively for the event. Retail tenants reserve the right to direct event parking away to preserve space for guest use. Parking and traffic attendants may be required depending on event proposal.

Should alcohol be served at the event, the applicant is responsible for notifying Lake Walk for the proper arrangement of law enforcement to be present for the duration of the event as well as ensure proper permits are obtained at least 30 days before the event date.
