Valentine’s Day at Campfire

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a romantic dining experience at Campfire, located inside The Stella Hotel. Join us for a three-course Valentine’s Dinner on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, thoughtfully curated to be shared and savored together.

The prix-fixe menu is $75 per person and begins with your choice of Ahi Tuna Tartare featuring chili crisp and avocado or Smoked Tomato Bisque with gouda and gruyere toast. For the main course, guests may select between Sweet Pea Crusted Filet of Halibut with white truffle risotto or Pan Seared Center Cut Filet of Beef paired with jumbo Gulf shrimp and thyme béarnaise. The evening concludes with a Campfire Dessert Board for Two, showcasing mini almond tiramisu, chocolate truffles, macarons, and chocolate-dipped strawberries.

For those who prefer a daytime celebration, Campfire will offer a special Valentine’s Brunch Menu until noon on Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, February 15. Brunch features indulgent favorites such as Red Velvet Mini Waffles, Nutella Strawberry French Toast, South Texas Eggs Benedict with slow-braised wild boar, House Smoked Salmon Bagels, and the Morning After Burger, among other elevated brunch classics.
